Salt Lake City in the summer, seems to get better and better with artiest strolling through to make a one night stand to our ear drums. I think this summer is one of the best in a long time.

The National

How can some simple band from a simple genre make music sound like a soundtrack? Capture every emotion that everyone feels? Being drunk and nervous, being in love, being heart broken, hating someone, hating yourself? They do it and make it sound amazing!!!!

This is my viewpoint of a gay rights activist marching in the pride parade in down town salt lake city.

Prideful “sinners” march the street
Believers swing their books to meet

I was riding my bike yesterday to my friend Austin's and has my i-pod on shuffle. I heard some old music that I haven't listen to in years. So today driving to Sandy I made an "old school" play list of my emo/punk/hardcore/screamo/metal days.
